Quick Chili Garlic Noodles with Mince

- 200 g Mafaldine
- 200 g Mince (finely crumbled with a fork)
- 3 Spring onions
- 10 g Sesame seeds
- 0.25 Orange
- 1 EL Vegan oyster sauce
- 4 EL Rapeseed oil
- 3 EL Dark soy sauce
- 3 TL Chili flakes
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 3 Zehe(n) Garlic

Prepare all ingredients and set them aside.

Cook the mafaldine pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.

While the noodles are cooking, finely crumble the plain tofu in a bowl with a fork until it reaches a mince-like consistency.

Finely chop the garlic and slice the spring onions into rings. Squeeze the orange.

Heat rapeseed oil in a pan and sear the mince over high heat.

Briefly sauté the garlic, chili flakes, and the white parts of the spring onions.

Deglaze with soy sauce (light and dark), oyster sauce, and the juice from the quarter orange.

Add the cooked noodles directly from the pot to the pan and mix well until the sauce coats the noodles evenly.

Serve garnished with sesame seeds and the green parts of the spring onions.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, the sesame seeds can be briefly toasted in the pan without fat beforehand.
