Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes (Peeled and diced; about 2 cups mango flesh)
- 3 cup cold water
- 1 cup whole milk (Cold; evaporated milk may be used for a richer drink)
- 0.25 cup sweetened condensed milk (Adjust to taste)
- 2 cup ice (For serving)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (Optional, to brighten the flavor)
Steps
- 1
Peel and dice the mangoes, discarding the pits. Measure out approximately 2 cups of mango flesh.
- 2
Add the mango, cold water, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and optional lime juice to a blender.
- 3
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, blend in a little more water; if it is not sweet enough, add more condensed milk.
- 4
Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness or acidity as desired.
- 5
Fill glasses with ice and pour the mango agua fresca over it. Serve immediately while cold.
Notes
The post states that the recipe is pinned in the comments, but no comment containing the recipe was provided. The ingredient quantities are therefore typical estimates for a creamy mango agua fresca rather than a direct extraction. Chill the blended drink before serving if the ingredients are not already cold. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for up to 2 days and stir or shake before serving.
