Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 360 g before cooking, which is about 360 g per serving.
Steps
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the appleade, brewed oolong tea, and sweet milk base.
Sprinkle in some ground cinnamon to taste.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-combined and chilled.
Prepare a serving glass by adding the brown sugar boba along with some of its syrup to the bottom.
Pour the shaken milk tea mixture into the glass over the boba.
Garnish with an apple detail or slice and serve immediately.
Notes
The 'sweet milk base' is a signature component often made by combining whole milk or half-and-half with sweetened condensed milk to reach the desired creaminess and sweetness.
