Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked ground beef from beef round (It must be ready to use and completely cooked.)
- 6 Rap10 tortillas (One tortilla per pastry.)
- 60 g Grated mozzarella (10 g for each pastry.)
- 12 g Creamy curd cheese (2 g around the edges of each pastry to help seal them.)
- 1 Egg yolk (For brushing the pastries.)
- Sesame seeds (For finishing; use to taste. Approximately 3 g is estimated for the 6 pastries.)
Steps
- 1
Place a Rap10 tortilla on a clean work surface. Arrange one-sixth of the cooked ground beef in the center, leaving space around the edge.
- 2
Add approximately 10 g of grated mozzarella over the meat, keeping the filling centered so the pastry can be closed without overflowing.
- 3
Spread approximately 2 g of curd cheese around the edges of the tortilla. This will help the edges adhere.
- 4
Fold the tortilla over the filling to form the pastry. Press the entire edge firmly with your fingertips until it is well sealed, without leaving any openings.
- 5
Repeat the process with the other five tortillas and the remaining meat, mozzarella, and curd cheese.
- 6
Place the pastries on a tray or plate. Brush the surface of each one with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.
- 7
Preheat the air fryer if your model requires it. Arrange the pastries in the basket without overlapping them and cook at 180 °C for 7 minutes, until golden brown and lightly crisp.
- 8
Carefully remove the pastries and serve them hot. To prepare a large batch in advance, let them cool, wrap them in plastic wrap, and store them in resealable bags in the freezer.
