Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3 cups of flour, 1 packet of yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 cup of warm water to the dry ingredients.

  3. Mix and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, usually about 45-60 minutes.

  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220 °C) (220°C (425 °F)).

  5. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

  6. Spread your favorite sauces evenly over the dough base.

  7. Top with the prepared chicken breast and a generous layer of cheese.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

  9. Remove from the oven, slice into wedges, and serve hot.

Notes

The author suggests using your favorite sauces, which could include traditional tomato pizza sauce, BBQ sauce, or ranch. Ensure the chicken is pre-cooked before adding it as a topping to ensure it is safe to eat.
