Steps
Separate the eggs: set the whites aside for the cottage cheese mixture, and place the two yolks in a separate bowl.
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg whites and sugar substitute. Add sugar substitute or calorie-free powdered sweetener to taste; the mixture should become soft and more liquid.
Add the flour to the yolks and stir in the sugar substitute. Mix until crumbs form; you can make them larger or smaller—the author prefers larger crumbs.
Transfer half of the crumble to a baking dish. According to the author, the dish does not need to be lined or greased.
Pour all of the cottage cheese mixture on top.
Add the berries, spreading them over the cottage cheese layer. The author recommends making sure the cottage cheese covers the berries.
Sprinkle with the remaining crumble.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25–30 minutes.
