Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 300 g before cooking, which is about 150 g per serving.
Steps
Lightly grease a small, air-fryer-safe skillet or ramekin with a small amount of butter.
Press the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of the skillet in an even layer, ensuring it reaches the edges.
Place the skillet into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350°F (180 °C) (175°C (350 °F)) for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy while the center remains slightly soft.
Carefully remove the skillet from the air fryer and let it cool for 2-3 minutes to set.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving warm.
Notes
The cook time may vary depending on the thickness of the cookie and the specific air fryer model. Check at the 8-minute mark to prevent over-browning.
