Ingredients

  • 400 g green papaya (grated)
  • 2 garlic (cloves)
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g roasted peanuts (for topping)
  • 50 g green beans (in pieces)

Steps

  1. 1

Put the garlic and red chilies in the Thermomix or other robot's mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds at speed 5.

  2. 2

Add the palm sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 3.

  3. 3

Add the cherry tomatoes and green beans. Gently crush for 3 seconds using reverse mode at speed 4.

  4. 4

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the grated green papaya.

  5. 5

Mix with your hands or tongs until the dressing is evenly combined, taking care not to break up the papaya.

  6. 6

Serve with the roasted peanuts on top.

Notes

For a vegan version, swap the fish sauce for soy sauce. Adjust the amount of chili to taste. The source specifies Thermomix or other compatible kitchen robots but does not provide additional equipment settings beyond the listed speeds and reverse mode.
