Ingredients
Steps
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 °C) (200 degrees C (400 °F)).
Place sliced potatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, celery seed, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt into a zip-top bag.
Shake the bag to coat the potatoes evenly with the spice mixture.
Pour the entire contents of the bag onto a large baking sheet and spread the slices out evenly.
Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes reach desired crispness, turning frequently to brown evenly, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Let cool slightly and transfer into a serving dish.
Notes
For easier cleanup, line your baking sheet with nonstick foil. Alternatively, you may layer potatoes on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning, and toss to coat directly on the pan instead of using a zip-top bag.
