Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop cookies-and-cream whey protein powder (The source specifies Legion cookies & cream whey.)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt (A pinch, approximately 1/16 tsp.)
  • 0.25 cup zero-sugar Cool Whip
  • 1 Oreo Thin (Crushed and folded into the pudding.)
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream (For topping.)
  • 1 Oreo Thin (Crushed for topping.)

Steps

  1. 1

Add the Greek yogurt, cookies-and-cream whey protein powder, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, almond milk, zero-calorie sweetener, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

Stir the mixture thoroughly until the protein powder and pudding mix are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no dry pockets or visible lumps.

  3. 3

Add the zero-sugar Cool Whip to the bowl. Gently fold it into the yogurt mixture with a spatula so the mixture stays light and aerated.

  4. 4

Add one crushed Oreo Thin and gently fold it through the pudding until the cookie pieces are distributed evenly.

  5. 5

Transfer the pudding to a serving bowl and place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until chilled and thickened.

  6. 6

Top the chilled pudding with the whipped cream and the remaining crushed Oreo Thin. Serve immediately.
