Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 0.5 oz ranch seasoning mix (1/2 of a 1-ounce packet)
- 2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 10 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 1 lb deli turkey (thinly sliced)
- 1 package cooked bacon bits
Steps
- 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- 2
Mix the cheese and seasoning well until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- 3
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface of each of the 10 tortillas, going almost to the edges.
- 4
Evenly top the tortillas with the chopped bacon bits.
- 5
Place a couple of slices of deli turkey over the bacon on each tortilla.
- 6
Roll each tortilla up tightly to form a log.
- 7
Cover the rolls tightly with plastic wrap to keep them from drying out.
- 8
Refrigerate the rolls for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 day, to allow the flavors to meld and the rolls to firm up for easier slicing.
- 9
To serve, remove the plastic wrap and cut each roll into 3/4-inch thick slices.
Notes
These can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Keep refrigerated until ready to slice and serve.
