- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 550 ml chicken stock (Add more if you prefer a soupier consistency.)
- 150 ml double cream
- 500 g fresh gnocchi

Steps
- 1
Add the onion and minced garlic to a pot and cook until softened.

Add the fresh gnocchi to the pot.
- 6

- 7
Stir through the double cream.
- 8
Add the spinach.

Finish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
The source does not specify amounts for the spinach or Parmesan, nor exact cooking durations beyond simmering the gnocchi for a few minutes. For a soupier consistency, add extra stock. Sausage amount is given as 450/500 g.
