Ingredients

  • 1 package Buldak Instant Ramen (Carbonara or original flavor recommended)
  • 4 oz Imitation Crab (Shredded or pull-apart sticks)
  • 0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Farmstyle shreds preferred)
  • 2.5 cup Water (For boiling noodles)

Steps

  1. 1

Bring water to a boil in a small pot or saucepan.

  2. 2

Add the Buldak ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions (usually 5 minutes) until tender.

  3. 3

Drain the water, leaving a few tablespoons of liquid in the pot to help mix the sauce.

  4. 4

Add the Buldak liquid sauce and powder seasoning to the noodles and stir well over low heat.

  5. 5

Shred the imitation crab into thin strips and add them to the noodles.

  6. 6

Top the mixture with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.

  7. 7

Cover the pot for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and gooey.

Notes

The creator mentions using 'Buldak flavor' and 'Farmstyle shreds' of mozzarella. While the video is a first-time attempt, the combination of spicy noodles with creamy cheese and seafood-style protein is a popular variation of the dish.
