Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 385 g before cooking, which is about 45 g per serving.
Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180 °C) (175°C (350 °F)) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
Place the 2 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, and 1 tsp baking soda into a blender.
Blend all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared lined baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (180 °C) for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the refrigerator before slicing; this is a critical step for the texture to set properly.
Optional: Drizzle with almond butter before serving.
Notes
Allowing the brownies to cool in the refrigerator is very important for the final texture. These are nut-free (if omitting almond butter drizzle), seed-free, grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and Paleo-friendly.
