Healthy Double Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

- 3 bananas (ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt (can substitute with avocado oil)
- 1.5 cup oat flour (can blend your own oats)
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- walnuts (a handful, optional)
- honey (to taste, optional)
- chocolate chips (plus extra for topping, optional)

In a large mixing bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until smooth.

Crack 2 eggs into the bowl with the mashed bananas.

Add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to the mixture and stir until the wet ingredients are well combined.

If you are making your own oat flour, blend whole oats in a blender until they reach a fine flour consistency.

Add 1.5 cups of oat flour, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the wet ingredients.

Notes
