Ingredients
- 2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 3 lemon (thin slices, seeded)
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper

Add 1/4 cup white sugar and whisk the mixture thoroughly to combine.

Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Notes
