Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 320 g before cooking, which is about 320 g per serving.

Steps

  1. In a shaker or small jar, combine 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, a drizzle of honey, and 2 shots of espresso.

  2. Shake the espresso mixture vigorously until it becomes light and very foamy.

  3. Fill a serving glass with ice.

  4. Drizzle dark chocolate syrup over the ice and around the inside of the glass.

  5. Add a splash of Syruvia Toasted Marshmallow Syrup to the glass.

  6. Pour in your milk of choice, leaving room at the top for the foam.

  7. Top the drink with the foamy shaken espresso mixture and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best results, use freshly brewed espresso so the heat helps dissolve the brown sugar and honey during the shaking process.
