Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz orecchiette pasta
  • 2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Steps

    Cook the orecchiette according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

    Drain excess grease from the skillet.

    Add marinara sauce, beef broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

    Stir the sauce mixture until smooth and creamy.

    Add the cooked orecchiette to the skillet and mix well to coat the pasta in the sauce.

    Stir in half of the mozzarella and half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
