Ingredients

  • 2 green onions (medium-sized, thinly sliced)
  • 1 white onion (medium-sized, thinly sliced)
  • 5 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tsp dashi powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 lb silken tofu
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 6 cup beef bone broth
  • salt (to taste)

Steps

    Thinly slice your green onions and white onions.

    In a large pot, on medium-low heat, add in your silken tofu and white onions.

    Add in gochugaru, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dashi powder, minced garlic, sesame oil, beef bone broth, and salt.

    Crack your eggs inside and close the lid to poach the eggs.

    Top it off with your green onions.

    Separate into two meal prep containers and enjoy!
