Ingredients
- 130 g Greek yogurt (The quantity may vary slightly; the mixture should be fairly firm.)
- 110 g desiccated coconut (The quantity may vary slightly depending on the desired consistency.)
- 1 cucchiaio honey
- 200 g chocolate (To be melted in a bain-marie.)
- chopped hazelnuts (As needed; the source does not specify a quantity. An estimate of 30 g is used for the nutritional information.)
Steps
- 1
Place the Greek yogurt, honey, and desiccated coconut in a bowl. Mix until you obtain a uniform, fairly firm mixture; if necessary, slightly adjust the amount of yogurt or coconut.
- 2
Shape the mixture into balls, using evenly sized portions.
- 3
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 4
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring until completely smooth and fluid.
- 5
Add the chopped hazelnuts to the melted chocolate and stir to distribute them.
- 6
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
- 7
Allow the excess chocolate to drip off, then transfer the coated balls to the refrigerator.
- 8
Chill the bonbons in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
The amounts of yogurt and coconut may vary slightly: the final consistency should be firm enough to shape into balls. The quantity of chopped hazelnuts is indicated in the source only as “as needed”.
