Ingredients
- 12 Salami (thinly sliced rounds)
- 0.25 cup Cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp Red onion (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp Green olives (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Roasted red peppers (diced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Honey (for drizzling)
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2
Press one slice of salami into each cavity of a mini muffin tin to form a cup shape.
- 3
Bake the salami for 8-10 minutes until the edges are crispy and the salami holds its cup shape.
- 4
While the salami cups are baking, combine the cream cheese, diced red onion, chopped green olives, roasted red peppers, and fresh parsley in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
- 5
Remove the salami cups from the oven and let them cool slightly so they crisp up further.
- 6
Fill each crispy salami cup with a spoonful of the antipasti filling.
- 7
Drizzle the loaded bites with honey and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best results, serve these shortly after assembly to ensure the salami stays crispy. If making ahead, store the filling and the baked cups separately, then assemble and drizzle with honey just before serving.
