  • 2 yellow onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb bean sprouts
  • 10 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 5 carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cup white rice (cooked)
  • 1 second spray oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 7 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 0.75 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

Thinly slice your yellow onions, carrots, and green onions.

  2. 2

Coat a large pan with a 1-second spray of oil and set over low-medium heat.

  3. 3

Add the thinly sliced ribeye, sliced yellow onions, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, and cooked white rice to the pan and mix everything together.

  4. 4

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper to create the sauce.

  5. 5

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the beef and vegetable mixture.
