Ingredients
- 3 lb ribeye (thinly sliced raw, also labeled as Bulgogi meat)
- 2 yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 lb bean sprouts
- 10 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 5 carrots (thinly sliced)
- 3 cup white rice (cooked)
- 1 second spray oil
- 0.25 cup water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 7 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 0.75 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp black pepper

Thinly slice your yellow onions, carrots, and green onions.

Coat a large pan with a 1-second spray of oil and set over low-medium heat.

Add the thinly sliced ribeye, sliced yellow onions, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, and cooked white rice to the pan and mix everything together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper to create the sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the beef and vegetable mixture.

Continue to mix and cook until the beef is fully cooked through and the sauce is well incorporated.
