- 1.5 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless; about 3-4 breasts)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
