Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.52 kg before cooking, which is about 380 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Clean the wings, rinse them, and pat them thoroughly dry.

  2. Cut the wings in half and score them.

  3. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, grated garlic, oil, tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, honey, and mustard until smooth.

  4. Add the wings to the marinade and mix well to coat them on all sides.

  5. Leave the wings to marinate for 1.5–2 hours; if desired, leave them overnight.

  6. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450 °F) using conventional top-and-bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 40–45 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

The description notes that the wings turn out tender and juicy inside, with a crispy exterior. You can extend the marinating time by leaving them overnight.
