Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 320 g before cooking, which is about 320 g per serving.
Steps
Preheat your waffle maker.
Place one cup of cooked rice in the center of the waffle maker and close it.
Cook the rice until golden brown and very crispy.
Carefully remove the rice waffle and place half an avocado on top, mashing it directly onto the surface.
Top with cucumber slices and the diced salmon.
Finish the dish by adding a drizzle of Sriracha sauce and sesame seeds on top.
Notes
For best results, use sushi rice that is already seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Ensure the salmon is sushi-grade to safely consume it raw.
