- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 grated garlic (Cloves)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- salt (To taste)
- black pepper (To taste)
- 1.5 large rice paper sheets (Use 1 to 2 sheets)
- avocado oil spray (For generous spraying)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- sliced green onion (For garnish; amount to taste)
- sesame seeds (For garnish; amount to taste)
- chili crisp (Optional, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, cornstarch, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated garlic, chopped green onion, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water for 3 to 5 seconds, until flexible.
- 3
Place some of the shrimp filling on the flexible rice paper and roll it tightly.
- 4

- 5
Arrange the bites in the air fryer basket without overcrowding them and spray generously with avocado oil.
