Oven-Baked Fall-Off-the-Bone Ribs
Donkey in the Kitchen cooked this in an Instagram reel. SeeMeCook wrote it up from the reel as a full recipe and added ingredient weights and nutrition.
Watch the original reelPork ribs are coated with mustard and a brown-sugar spice rub, baked low and slow, then finished under a low broiler for a lightly caramelized crust. The recipe is designed for cooks without a smoker or grill.

Steps
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by loosening an edge and peeling it away. The membrane should come off in a sheet.
Spread mustard generously over both sides of the ribs, coating the meat thoroughly.
Combine the brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika, then rub the mixture thoroughly over both sides of the mustard-coated ribs.
Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish.
Heat the oven to 300°F (150 °C) (150°C (300 °F)).
Bake the ribs at 300°F (150 °C) (150°C (300 °F)) for 4 hours.
After the ribs have baked, rub a little oil over the surface to coat it.
Sprinkle a little additional brown sugar and a little salt over the ribs.
Return the ribs to the oven under a low broil. Watch them very closely so the topping browns without burning.
Remove the ribs when the exterior has browned and the meat is tender. Cut or portion into half-racks and serve.
Notes
The transcript does not specify the rib cut or weight, the exact amount or type of mustard and oil, the broiling temperature, or the broiling duration. It describes the finished ribs as fall-off-the-bone tender. Mashed potatoes are shown as a serving accompaniment, but no mashed-potato recipe or ingredients are provided.
