Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 785 g before cooking, which is about 195 g per serving.
Steps
For each sauce, measure the listed ingredients into a separate small bowl. Keep the sauce components separate so you can prepare the variation of your choice.
For the Big Mac-style sauce, add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to a bowl.
For the spicy mayo, add the mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to a separate bowl.
For the garlic aioli, add the mayonnaise, finely minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and black pepper to a separate bowl.
For the BBQ ranch sauce, add the ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika to a separate bowl.
For the chipotle sauce, add the mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers in adobo, adobo sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder to a separate bowl.
For the comeback sauce, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper to a separate bowl.
Thoroughly mix each sauce with a spoon or small whisk until all ingredients are fully combined and the texture is smooth. Serve immediately with burgers, or cover and refrigerate until needed.
Notes
The source provides six alternative sauces rather than a single combined batch. Prepare each variation in its own bowl. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container; use within several days according to the freshness of the mayonnaise, ranch, and other ingredients.
