Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp furikake seasoning
