Simple Aloo Paratha
A classic North Indian stuffed flatbread made with boiled potatoes and dough, traditionally cooked in a tandoor or on a griddle.

- 1 Potato (peeled and mashed)
- Water (for boiling and dough)
- 0.5 cup Wheat flour dough (rolled into a circle)
- Salt (to taste)
Steps

Boil the potato in water over high heat for approximately 5 minutes until softened.
