Spicy Dressing for Crispy Chicken

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Classic mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- Soy sauce (A splash; approximately 1 tsp.)
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 0.5 tbsp Hot pepper
- 0.5 tbsp Salt

Place the classic mayonnaise in a medium bowl.

Add the ketchup and a splash of soy sauce.

Add the garlic powder, paprika, hot pepper, and salt.

Mix everything very well with a spoon or small whisk until you obtain a smooth, creamy dressing with no visible lumps.

Notes
The amount of soy sauce was specified as “a splash,” so it can be adjusted to taste. Refrigerate the dressing in a covered container and ideally use it within 3 to 4 days.
