Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Hot honey (May be substituted with regular honey plus a pinch of chili flakes or hot sauce.)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried dill
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt (To taste.)
  • Ground black pepper (To taste.)

Steps

  1. 1

Place the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and hot honey in a medium bowl.

  2. 2

Add the lemon juice, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. 3

Whisk until completely smooth and uniform, with no streaks of yogurt or clumps of herbs.

  4. 4

Taste the dressing and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. If it is too thick, add water, milk, or buttermilk 1 tsp at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.

  5. 5

Refrigerate the ranch for at least 15 minutes so the herbs can hydrate and the flavors can meld. Serve chilled.
