Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 0.5 ripe banana (approx. 50g)
- 0.5 cup oats (Cookie Butter flavor used in source)
- 20 g vanilla protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 0.75 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup (sugar-free optional)
- 0.333 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 30 g sliced banana (for topping)
- granulated sweetener (Natvia or similar for topping)
- 10 g no sugar chocolate (Lindt or similar for topping)

Steps

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the 1/2 banana, oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, maple syrup, and almond milk into a blender.

Blitz all ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth.

Pour the blended batter into an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish.

Top the batter with the sliced banana (30g), granulated sweetener, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and the chocolate pieces.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes. If you prefer a firmer, cakier texture, leave it in for a few extra minutes.

Notes
