Ingredients
- 1 banana (Ripe and mashed)
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 50 g chocolate chips
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2
Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth, with no large pieces remaining.
- 3
Add the vanilla protein powder and peanut butter to the mashed banana. Stir until the ingredients form an evenly combined, thick cookie batter.
- 4
Add the chocolate chips and fold them through the batter so they are distributed evenly.
- 5
Divide the batter into approximately four portions on the prepared baking sheet. Shape each portion into a cookie, leaving space between them.
- 6
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C, until the cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.
- 7
Allow the cookies to cool briefly on the baking sheet before serving, as they will firm up as they cool.
Notes
The source does not specify the number of cookies; yield is estimated at approximately four. Protein powder brands vary, so nutrition is approximate. Store cooled cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
