Ingredients
- 170 g soft butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 g vanilla
- 240 g flour
- 8 g cornstarch
- 3 g baking soda
- 1.5 g salt
- 10 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 100 g white chocolate
- Nutella (frozen Nutella balls)
Steps
- 1
Prepare small balls of Nutella on a tray and place them in the freezer until firm.
- 2
In a large bowl, mix the soft butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy.
- 3
Add the egg and vanilla, then mix again.
- 4
Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until the dough is smooth and uniform.
- 5
Add the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips to the dough.
- 6
Take a portion of dough, flatten it slightly, place a frozen Nutella ball in the center, then close the dough around it to form a ball.
- 7
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and bake, generally at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
Notes
The baking time and temperature are not specified in the original source, but 180°C for approximately 12 minutes is standard for this type of thick cookie. Make sure the Nutella is completely frozen to make assembly easier.
