Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries (halved and finely diced)
- 2 cup Heavy cream (heavy cream)
- 1 cup Condensed milk (condensed milk)
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder (cocoa powder)
- 200 g Chocolate bar (chocolate bar, for melting)
Steps
- 1
Wash the strawberries. Cut them in half and then into very small squares. Set them aside in a small bowl.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Whip the cream until it begins to gain volume.
- 3
Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence to the whipped cream. Continue beating until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 4
Divide the cream mixture equally into two separate containers.
- 5
To the first container, add the cocoa powder and stir until well combined. To the second container, add the diced strawberries and stir to incorporate.
- 6
Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in short intervals until completely melted and smooth.
- 7
Transfer the melted chocolate into a pastry bag.
- 8
Take a small plastic bag. Pipe a small amount of melted chocolate into the bag and spread it around to coat the inner surface thinly.
- 9
Fill the chocolate-lined bag with the prepared cream mixture (either chocolate or strawberry flavor).
- 10
Tie a knot at the top of the bag to seal it tightly. Repeat for the remaining cream and chocolate.
- 11
Place the bags in the freezer for at least 2 hours until firm.
Notes
The creator suggests these are a '1000 out of 10'. Ensure the chocolate is spread thinly in the bag so it creates a crisp shell that doesn't make the bag too difficult to open.
