Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage (full head, chopped)
  • 1.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup butter (chopped into pieces)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 package kielbasa (typically 12-14 oz)
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Chop a full head of cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large baking dish.

    Add 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream, 6 ounces of cream cheese, and 0.75 cups of butter (chopped into pieces) to the baking dish.

    Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake the cabbage mixture at 400°F for 30 minutes.
