- 400 g French fries (can be frozen or homemade)
- 300 g Chicken breast (cut into small pieces and cooked)
- 2 cup Lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tsp Paprika (for the burger sauce)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder (for the burger sauce)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise (for the burger sauce)
- 2 tbsp Plain yogurt (for the burger sauce)
- Smoked red pepper (optional, for the burger sauce)
- 1 Onion (for the burger sauce)
- 1 tsp Pickle juice (for the burger sauce)
- 3 Pickles (chopped, for the burger sauce)
- 4 Garlic (cloves, grated, for the white sauce)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (for the white sauce)
- Lemon juice (to taste, for the white sauce)
- Salt (to taste, for the white sauce)
- Black pepper (to taste, for the white sauce)
Steps
- 1
Prepare the fries according to your preference (fried, baked, or air-fried) until they are crispy.
- 2
Cook the chicken seasoned to taste and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3
To prepare the Burger Sauce: place the paprika, garlic powder, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, yogurt, smoked pepper (if using), onion, and pickle juice in a blender or food processor.
- 4
Blend the sauce ingredients until well combined, then stir in the hand-chopped pickles to add texture.
- 5
For the garlic white sauce: in a small bowl, mix the 4 grated garlic cloves with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a splash of lemon juice, and salt and black pepper to taste.
- 6
Assemble the bowl by placing a base of crispy fries.
- 7
Top with the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cooked chicken.
- 8
Drizzle generously with the burger sauce and garlic white sauce before serving.
Notes
You can use grilled chicken or popcorn chicken to vary the texture. If you prefer a lighter version, bake the fries instead of frying them.
