Ingredients
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 0.75 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.25 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 5.3 oz Greek yogurt (reduced-fat (2% recommended))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup creamy almond butter (unsweetened; peanut butter works too)

To a large bowl, add a banana and mash it thoroughly with a fork or masher.

Add old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon powder to the mashed banana.

Add the unsweetened almond milk and vanilla extract.

Add the reduced-fat Greek yogurt and almond butter.

Mix all ingredients together very well until fully combined.

Transfer the overnight oats mixture into 2 cups, mason jars, or bowls.

Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least two hours (or overnight) to allow the oats and chia seeds to soften and thicken.

Serving Suggestions: Top with fresh berries, sliced almonds, or other seasonal fruits like peaches, apples, or figs. You can also add walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds for extra crunch. Storage: These can be meal prepped several days in advance.
