Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 300 g before cooking, which is about 35 g per serving.
Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted dark chocolate until smooth and well-incorporated.
Add the puffed rice and rolled oats to the chocolate mixture.
Stir the ingredients together until the puffed rice and oats are completely and evenly coated in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press down firmly and evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon to compact the treats.
Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is completely set and firm, about 30 minutes.
Once set, lift the treats out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares or bars.
Notes
For best results, store these treats in the refrigerator to keep them firm. You can use any nut or seed butter as a substitute for peanut butter.
