Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 620 g before cooking, which is about 310 g per serving.
Steps
Preheat your oven to its highest setting (typically 500-550°F (260–290 °C) / 260-285°C (500–550 °F)) with a pizza steel or stone inside for at least 45 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder and half of the sliced green onions until smooth.
Stretch the pizza dough on a floured surface or pizza peel to approximately 12 inches in diameter.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Distribute the shredded imitation crab evenly over the cream cheese base.
Top the pizza with a light layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Launch the pizza onto the preheated baking steel and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the crust is charred and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle generously with sweet chili sauce.
Garnish with the remaining fresh green onions and a handful of crispy wonton strips before slicing.
Notes
For the best results, use a high-protein bread flour for the dough to stand up to the heavy toppings. If you don't have a deep fryer, you can pan-fry wonton strips in a little vegetable oil until golden brown.
