Ingredients
Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 340 g before cooking, which is about 7 g per serving.
Steps
Place a jar on a scale and set the scale to grams. Press the tare or zero button so the display reads zero.
Add 15 g calcium citrate to the jar.
Tare the scale again, then add 20 g magnesium citrate. Tare between ingredients so each amount is measured separately.
Tare the scale, add 25 g potassium chloride, and tare again before measuring the next ingredient.
Add 30 g sea salt, then tare the scale before measuring the sugar.
Add 250 g sugar to the jar.
Close the jar and shake it thoroughly, turning it upside down so the powder gathered at the bottom is incorporated. The creator warns that it needs to be mixed very well so a serving does not contain a concentrated clump of potassium chloride.
To prepare a drink, take one serving of the mix, add it to water with one optional sugar-free peach drink packet, and shake until combined. Water volume and serving weight are not specified.
Notes
The creator says the batch makes 50 servings but does not specify the weight or volume of an individual serving, nor the amount of water for mixing. The mix is described as unflavored; a sugar-free peach packet is suggested as an optional flavoring. This is a concentrated electrolyte mixture: follow the stated proportions and mix thoroughly. Nutrition for mineral salts is approximate and may vary by product form.
