Ingredients
- 120 g YoPro strawberry yogurt (Can be replaced with plain or low-fat yogurt; preferably at room temperature.)
- 80 g White wheat flour (Add a little more if the dough is too sticky.)
- 20 g Sugar-free strawberry syrup (For spreading over the dough.)
- Powdered sugar (Optional, for dusting at the end.)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. If using a conventional oven, preheat it to 180 °C as well and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2
Place the strawberry yogurt and flour in a bowl. Mix until a smooth, manageable dough forms.
- 3
If the dough is too sticky to work with, add a little more flour in small amounts until you can roll it out without it sticking excessively to your hands or the surface.
- 4
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin, elongated sheet.
- 5
Spread the sugar-free strawberry syrup over the surface of the dough, leaving a small strip clear around the edges so it does not spill out too much while handling it.
- 6
Twist the filled dough to form a spiral or twist. Divide the preparation into two pieces if you want to keep the quantities indicated per piece.
- 7
Place the twists in the air-fryer basket, leaving space between them so the air can circulate. Cook them at 180 °C for 20 minutes, until golden and cooked through in the center.
- 8
If baking them in the oven, bake at 180 °C and watch them closely, as the cooking time may vary depending on the oven. Remove them when golden.
- 9
Let them cool for a few minutes and, if desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
The recipe provides approximately 178 kcal, 10 g of protein, 1 g of fat, and 32 g of carbohydrates per twist, depending on the yogurt and syrup used. The powdered sugar is optional and is not included in these values. To prevent sticking, work the dough on a lightly floured surface; do not add too much flour, or the result may be dry.
