Ingredients
Steps
Place the frozen banana slices, chilled coffee, and yogurt into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, rich, and creamy consistency.
Transfer the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until it reaches your preferred ice cream firmness.
Scoop and serve immediately while creamy and cold.
Notes
For a strictly vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt like coconut or almond yogurt. If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, you can use a shot of espresso instead of brewed coffee.
