Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.68 kg before cooking, which is about 240 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Use a melon baller or mini ice cream scoop to scoop the honeydew melon into balls. These will serve as the tennis-ball garnish. Freeze the melon balls until ready to serve.

  2. Combine the lemonade, vodka, raspberry liqueur, and fresh lemon juice in a pitcher or large measuring cup.

  3. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon, then refrigerate it until very cold, about 30 minutes.

  4. Fill highball or old-fashioned glasses with ice.

  5. Stir the chilled batched cocktail once more and divide it among the ice-filled glasses.

  6. Skewer 2 melon balls with a toothpick to garnish each drink.

Notes

For more melon flavor, freeze the melon balls ahead of time and add them to the batched cocktail while it chills. The source's body text also describes a total of 5 minutes plus 30 minutes of chilling; the structured recipe data gives 35 minutes total.
