Steps
Combine the rolled oats, raw cacao powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients until well combined.
Add the cooled espresso to the dry mixture and stir to combine.
Add the full-fat almond milk, 2 tablespoons of raw honey, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Mix well.
Transfer the oat mixture to a sealable glass container.
Prepare the protein-yoghurt topping by placing the dairy-free full-fat yoghurt in a bowl. Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 tablespoon of raw honey, and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the yoghurt mixture until the vanilla and protein powder are evenly incorporated.
Spread the protein-yoghurt mixture over the top of the oats mixture.
Sift a little additional raw cacao powder over the top as a garnish.
Cover and store the container in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
The source does not specify the quantity of the additional cacao used for garnish. Refrigeration time is 8 hours or overnight; no serving or storage duration beyond that is provided.
