Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cup bowtie pasta (cooked)
- 3 bell peppers (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)

Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. (10–12 minutes)

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. (5–6 minutes)

Drain excess grease from the skillet.

Add diced peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook until vegetables begin to soften. (5–6 minutes)

Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and the peppers are tender. (8–10 minutes)

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover the skillet, and let the cheese melt. (2–3 minutes)

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
