Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla wrap
  • 2 Meatballs (lean beef meatballs recommended)
  • 2 slices Cheese (low-fat or American style)
  • 0.25 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 4 Pickles (slices)
  • 1 tbsp Burger sauce (low calorie version preferred)

Steps

  1. 1

Place a tortilla wrap down on a flat surface.

  2. 2

Add two meatballs to the tortilla and squash them down flat until they are thin patties.

  3. 3

Pick up the tortilla with the meat attached and place it face down in a hot pan.

  4. 4

Fry the meat side down for 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and browned.

  5. 5

Carefully flip the tortilla over so the meat side is now facing up.

  6. 6

Add two slices of cheese over the cooked meat patties.

  7. 7

Add shredded lettuce and pickle slices on top of the cheese.

  8. 8

Cut the tortilla halfway from the edge to the center to facilitate folding.

  9. 9

Drizzle burger sauce over the fillings.

  10. 10

Fold the tortilla into a quesadilla shape and serve.

Notes

This recipe is designed for fat loss by using lean meat and portion control. For a more authentic Big Mac flavor, use a burger sauce containing mustard, mayo, and relish.
