Low Calorie Big Mac Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla wrap
- 2 Meatballs (lean beef meatballs recommended)
- 2 slices Cheese (low-fat or American style)
- 0.25 cup Shredded lettuce
- 4 Pickles (slices)
- 1 tbsp Burger sauce (low calorie version preferred)

Place a tortilla wrap down on a flat surface.

Add two meatballs to the tortilla and squash them down flat until they are thin patties.

Pick up the tortilla with the meat attached and place it face down in a hot pan.

Fry the meat side down for 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and browned.

Carefully flip the tortilla over so the meat side is now facing up.

Add two slices of cheese over the cooked meat patties.

Add shredded lettuce and pickle slices on top of the cheese.

Cut the tortilla halfway from the edge to the center to facilitate folding.

Drizzle burger sauce over the fillings.

Fold the tortilla into a quesadilla shape and serve.
Notes
This recipe is designed for fat loss by using lean meat and portion control. For a more authentic Big Mac flavor, use a burger sauce containing mustard, mayo, and relish.
