Ingredients

  • 2 cup fat free milk (Fairlife brand recommended)
  • 5 tbsp gelatin
  • 3 scoop whey isolate protein powder (Isolates work best; not all protein powders will work)
  • 0.25 cup zero calorie sweetener (Granulated Swerve recommended; use up to 1/2 cup depending on preference)
  • zero calorie powdered sugar (For topping/coating)

Steps

  1. 1

Pour the milk into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let it sit (bloom) for about 5-10 minutes.

  2. 2

Place the saucepan over low heat and whisk occasionally until the mixture goes from thick and gloopy to a thin, runny liquid consistency.

  3. 3

Remove the mixture from the heat and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

  4. 4

Using a whisk attachment on high speed, begin whisking the mixture. Add the protein powder one scoop at a time, along with the sweetener, and continue whisking for 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

  5. 5

Pour the fluffy mixture into a lined baking pan.

  6. 6

Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1-2 hours until set.

  7. 7

Once set, cut the mixture into squares and coat each piece in zero calorie powdered sugar.

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy!
