A homemade beef soup with beef, vegetables, and rice noodles, finished with chili crisp oil. The meat is slowly cooked in a broth flavored with garlic, onion, and bay leaves; the vegetables are added at different times so they don't overcook.

Steps
Peel the two russet potatoes and cut them into small pieces, roughly the size you prefer for the soup.
Chop the carrots, half a head of cabbage, and the three zucchini. Also cut the corn into smaller pieces.
Fill a large pot with water. Add the head of garlic, the whole white onion, and the five bay leaves.
Add garlic powder and salt to start seasoning the broth.
Add the stew meat and beef shank. Cover the pot and cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
When 40 minutes of cooking time remain, add the corn, potatoes, and carrots.
Remove the head of garlic and the onion from the pot.
Add the cilantro to the broth.
When about 10 minutes of cooking time remain, add the zucchini and cabbage to prevent them from overcooking.
Add approximately the amount of beef bouillon powder shown by the author and stir to combine. Let the soup finish cooking.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice vermicelli noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
Serve the soup with the noodles and finish with chili crisp oil.
Notes
The quantities of meat, corn, water, seasonings, noodles, and chili crisp oil are not specified. The author does not clearly state when to add the noodles to the soup or serve them; they are served with the soup based on the context of the video.
